Interviewlary is a sole proprietor brand operated by Omar Wassef .

By creating an account or using interviewlary.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who We Are

2. The Service

Interviewlary is AI-powered mock interview software (SaaS). The service provides:

• Automated interview questions tailored to a role and skill set
• Voice-based answer practice with speech-to-text transcription
• AI-generated scores and written feedback for each session
• Session history and performance tracking
• A full Arabic-language interface/UI for users who prefer to interact with the service in Arabic.

We do not provide human coaching, consulting, mentoring, or job placement services. All feedback is generated by AI.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Interviewlary. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be operated by individuals under 18.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information during registration and use
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

5. Plans and Pricing

5.1 Free Plan

• Cost: No charge — no credit card required
• Sessions: 2 interview sessions (lifetime limit)
• Access: Available to all registered users

5.2 Starter Plan

• Introductory price: $15.00 / month (USD)
• Standard price: $25.00 / month (USD) — the introductory price is subject to change with advance notice
• Sessions: 10 interview sessions per month (resets on your billing renewal date)
• Includes: Full scoring and written feedback, all available interview types, complete session history, and access to all current Starter features listed on the pricing page
• Billing currency: USD

Pricing may be updated from time to time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

6. Billing and Payment

• All payments are processed by Paddle , which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a Starter subscription, your contract for payment is with Paddle.
• Your subscription is billed monthly and begins on the date you subscribe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on the same calendar date each month until cancelled.
• You will receive a receipt via email from Paddle after each successful charge.
• Billing is handled securely by Paddle. Interviewlary does not store your card number or payment details.

7. Cancellation

• You may cancel your Starter subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@interviewlary.com .
• Cancellation stops future automatic renewals.
• Upon cancellation, your access to Starter features continues until the end of the current billing period already paid for.
• Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for charges already processed. See the Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy . The key terms are:

• Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if no Starter interview sessions have been used.
• No refund once any Starter sessions have been used, as the product has been delivered.
• Refund requests must be submitted to billing@interviewlary.com .
• All refunds are processed by Paddle and are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy.

9. AI Disclaimer

All interview questions, scoring, and feedback generated by Interviewlary are produced by AI and are provided for practice purposes only . They do not constitute professional career advice, coaching, or guidance. Interviewlary makes no warranty regarding:

• The accuracy or suitability of AI-generated feedback
• Your likelihood of success in any real interview
• Job placement or employment outcomes

Use of Interviewlary does not guarantee any particular hiring result.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform
• Share your account credentials with other individuals
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from the platform
• Use outputs generated by Interviewlary (questions, feedback, transcripts) to train, fine-tune, or develop a competing AI model or product
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the service
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Misrepresent the service as providing human coaching or certified career advice

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice and without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

• Interviewlary, its platform, design, code, and all content produced by the service are owned by Omar Wassef. All rights reserved.
• You retain full ownership of the answers, transcripts, and content you personally create during interview sessions.
• By using the service, you grant Interviewlary a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely in order to deliver the service to you.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any part of the Interviewlary platform without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Interviewlary does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Interviewlary's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid for the Starter plan in the prior twelve months
• Interviewlary is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, including violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@interviewlary.com .

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where changes are material, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt , without regard to conflict of law principles.
